The community, has recently upgraded it's two public tennis courts, basketball court, and playground area. A new firehouse has been built and has already been used for several community functions. Our beach is one of the best on the island, with lifeguard service for the entire summer season.

     Many of Kismet's older rental houses have been newly purchased, renovated, and ready for rental this summer.
