4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house with upper and lower deck areas that include outdoor dining and cooking. House borders Fire Island National Seashore to the east. Amenities include air conditioning, DirecTV and gas grill. House comes supplied with plenty of beach chairs and bicycles.

The Kismet community consists of two restaurants, a small grocery, marina, and public playground with tennis courts. All Kismet rentals are available for viewing in the off-season.
