Four bedroom, 2 bath idyllic beach home completely renovated with all modern amenities. The home is located on the ocean side of Kismet and borders the Fire Island National Seashore. In 2014, the property went through an extensive renovation, and is one of the most sought after beach rentals in Kismet! Please view the amenity list to make sure the bed layout will suffice for your family. There are three bedrooms with 1 queen bed each, and one bedroom with two twin beds total. The maximum amount of guests is 8, and no additional guests or air mattresses are permitted.

Amenities include: Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and DirecTV. Beach chairs and equipment are supplied for tenants use. The home also has a gas grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker.

Kismet is a family-oriented Fire Island community. The town still embodies some of the same characteristics that made it popular in the 1960’s, and the eccentric and bohemian vibe appeals to families looking for Fire Island sales or rentals. The home is located on a quiet family street in Kismet. Please be considerate of your neighbors.  This home is a duplex and the property consists of one separate unit with its own private deck and entrance. No parties or groups of 8 or more. Loud behavior or outside congregation after 10:00pm will not be tolerated.
